Are your DVDs and Blu-rays pressed or duplicated?Our DVDs are professional replicated to only 300 copies. our Blu-rays are BDr and we state that on the items description you are purchasing and/or on the disc itself, as well as the BDr may not play on all blu-ray players.

What shipping method do you use?For United States, we use USPS and Media Mail. International is first class package. Please check the USPS for standard travel time. (Check COVID Delays).

Why does shipping cost "this amount" but you ship Media Mail?"The site you are on and paypal take a cut from each sale, the cost of shipping goes to store and prcoessing fees of the sale and the package your items goes in.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?We do NOT offer refunds. The only time we will offer a refund is if the package was lost or damaged and we do not have one of the original releases to give. Replacements are ONLY if the DVD or Blu-ray will NOT play or if your order has be stamped as "lost" by USPS tracking or confirmed as "lost" by USPS missing parcel form, we fill out. By purchasing any item from our store, you are agreeing to this.
